A $100 volunteer fee will be collected as part of the registration process this year. We understand that this is a large cost upfront but due to our need to ensure volunteers and the difficulty of collecting checks from each family last year it was necessary to make a change to the process. A refund will be issued at the completion of the volunteer requirements listed below, however, if you need a more immediate return of this money we will do that in exchange for a $100 check at the parent meeting to be held until completion like last year.
Families will be required to volunteer for 4 hours of service per player (max of 8 hrs per family) during the Northfield Shootout Tournament.
Completion of 4 volunteer hours per player (8 hrs max per family) will result in a $100 refund of the volunteer fee.
Incomplete volunteer hours will result in the $100 volunteer fee being retained by the Northfield Boys Basketball Association.
Uniforms must be returned in GOOD CONDITION. Families will be charged a replacement fee for damaged uniforms.
Tryouts will take place in October prior to the MEA break
Practices begin the week of Oct. 28th with 2+ practices per week with weekend tournaments.
Parental code of conduct agreements are required to be reviewed and signed at the parent/coach meeting before athletes may participate.
In-House (1st/2nd) $100 (3rd-6th) $100
In-House will run from the week of October 28 and end on January 25th.
In-House will practice one night per week and have 3-on-3 games Saturday mornings
