Welcome to the Online Home of the Northfield Boys Basketball Association!

The philosophy of the Northfield Boys Basketball Association is to provide a high quality basketball experience that provides all participants with a positive experience from K-12 grades; inspires each player to continue to play and develop their skills; and teach life lessons through positive interaction and sports.  

This site has information for our in-house (K to 6th grade) and travel (4th to 8th grade) boys basketball programs.

2021-22 Season Registration

Registration is NOW OPEN. Please check the Boys Registration Page for complete information on In-house Registration for players  in grades K-6 and Travel Registration for players in grades 4-8.

Travel registration will close Oct. 10
In-House registration will close Oct. 25

2021-22 Travel Tryout Information and Open Shooting

Travel Tryouts are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 16 and Sunday, Oct. 17 at Northfield High School.  Age group specific time will be announced closer to the tryout dates.

Sunday Open Shooting for grades 4-12
Dates: 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10
Location: Northfield HS 
Free.  No pre-registration required

K-3rd Grade FREE Clinic

Coach Driscoll will be offering a FREE clinic to K-3rd grade players! This is a great chance for kids to get back into shooting form to kick of the season or give basketball a try for the first time!
No pre-registration required.  Show up and have some fun!
Dates: 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9
K/1: 8am-8:55am
2/3: 9:05am-10:00am
Location: Greenvale Elementary School

Northfield Boys Shootout

2021 Shootout information is available on the Shootout Page.  Online registration is now open.

2021 5,000/10,000 SHOT CLUB

5,000/10,000 SHOT CLUB is offered for players looking to make a bigger commitment to their shooting in the off-season.  Players are encouraged to get out to dribble and shoot as much as possible to not only keep up on skills but improve upon them!  This is a great opportunity for players to do so and get recognized for their hard work.  The shot club consists of two shooting routines, working on a variety of shots and drills!  See the shot club flyer for the detailed plans!

Open Board Positions for 2021 Season

There are two openings on the Boys Basketball Board for the coming season.  

Facilities Director - works with the district to schedule practice times and maintains practice spreadsheet

These boys, who participated in the NBA 5,000/10,000 Shot Club demonstrated dedication to improving their game in the off season. Great job to these NBA players!
